Your request is matched to compatible funding sources utilizing an 12-point criteria. This ensures your request gets to the right source. Compatible lenders/investors will receive a notification of your request; either let them express interest in your deal or private message them from the Matching Lender/Investor list.

Upload an unlimited number of files, up to 100MB each, whether you post a request or not. Feel free to use our system to securely upload and share your financial documents with any lender/investor and keep them up to date with your periodic financials.

Borrowers typically have to share their financial documents with more than one lender/investor. By securely storing your documents in one location and having your funding source access them on CNF Exchange, you never have to worry about emailing multiple files to multiple parties again.

You can build your profile by tracking and sharing your business's or venture's successes. Highlight and share your company's, milestones, press releases, and other accomplishments with other lenders, investors, and borrowers in CNF Exchange's Press Room.

We screen your financials, profile, request, and related documents to notify you of any inadequacies.

We will identify and list the borrower's critical issues and documentation that are commonly reviewed by funding sources.

If all the items on your Request Review are fulfilled then you can be featured as a Qualified Borrower on the CNF Exchange system. This status demonstrates to the lender/investor that all applicable items on your request are completed and all required documentation has been uploaded to your request.

A dedicated CNF Exchange senior analyst will complete your request, gather all necessary documents, and manage interest and communications with matching potential lenders and investors.

After conducting a thorough review of your request, we will provide detailed explanations and provide suggestions on how to complete your package.

Once all the items on the Request Review are fulfilled, we work directly with lenders/investors to gauge their interest. After completing the Request Review, we will have an in-depth knowledge about your business and financing request. This allows us to have effective communications with lenders/investors regarding your deal.

Once all the items on the Request Review are fulfilled, we will work with you until you find an interested lender/investor.

We dive deep into your financing request. We will:

1. Review and analyze your historical financials

2. Review and analyze your existing projections

3. Diligently tell the Company’s story, both qualitatively and quantitatively, so that it mitigates any underperformance it has experienced in the past

4. Identify the same credit risks funding sources typically find when underwriting and provide justifications and mitigations to these risks

We compile all needed supporting schedules such as Sources and Uses and Debt Schedules.

Not only does the Complete Financial Packaging service ensure that you become a Qualified Borrower and that all outstanding items from your Request Review are satisfied, it also includes an Executive Summary and 2-3 pages of underwriting notes. If needed, business plans can be prepared in lieu of the underwriting package.
