This option is great for those who want help identifying key elements needed for a smooth, successful transaction and for those who want to be featured as a Qualified Borrower. The Qualified Borrower status increases the interest in your deal as it ensures the funding source is provided a complete and detailed package.
If the Request Review shows that your request is not complete, you can add the necessary items yourself or with CNF Exchange’s assistance. Once all required information and documents are added to your request, you will be highlighted as a Qualified Borrower on the posting.
