You can select to receive new posting notifications from borrowers that are located nationwide, statewide, in multiple states, or within a radius of 10, 25, 50, or 100 miles from your location. The ability to receive notifications when local borrowers post their financing request is perfect for lenders/investors that only serve a small geographical area.
Local Search using Google Maps
CNF Exchange’s geographical search allows you to view local borrowers utilizing Google Maps. It’s an easy way to quickly find which borrowers are located within a radius of 10, 25, 50, or 100 miles from your location.
Access to Qualified Borrowers
At the borrower’s request, our senior analysts will review their financing request to ensure items needed for underwriting are completed and all required documentation has been uploaded. Once we determine they have a complete package they will then be featured as a Qualified Borrower on the CNF Exchange system.
Deal Tracking and Portfolio Management
Easily keep track of deals that are of interest to you by utilizing the CNF Exchange portfolio feature. Each deal you express interest in is moved to your portfolio where you can manage and update its status as needed.

When you find deals on CNF Exchange that you would like to express interest in, you can 'Express Interest' in them for free. Once you express interest in the financing request the borrower will be notified of your interest; you can then proceed to contact the borrower.
